RECIPE: SUPER EASY CHRISTMAS COOKIES | BLOGMAS DAY 12

Hi there!

Today I have for you a super duper easy but very delicious and - most important of all - very Christmassy recipe for cookies. You'll be done and ready to go in the oven in only 20 minutes time and you can save them for three to four days.

What you will need for 20 cookies:
- 1 egg
- 150 grams of butter
- 100 grams of caster sugar
- 200 grams of plain flour or whole-weat flour
- Christmas sprinkles of your choice

Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Step 2: Separate the egg.

Step 3: Throw the ingredients - egg yolk, butter, sugar, flour - in a bowl and mix until the dough has a granular structure.

Step 4: Kneed the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film, and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 5: Unroll the dough on your countertop until it's about 1 centimeter thick.

Step 6: Use cookie cutters or a glass to cut out yo cookehz and sweep them with the egg white. Sprinkle your sprinkles on top and put the cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

And you're done! I hope you enjoy and I'll see you tomorrow for blogmas day 13!

One last thing.

CAN YOU BELIEVE I'M ALREADY HALFWAY THROUGH BLOGMAS? I'M SO FRIGIN PROUD OF MYSELF!

Bye :)

Love,
Rosaly
